SUBJECTIVE TIMBRE

While reading The Art of Color I wasn't surprised when it called out that people have different opinions on what colors feel harmonious together. I was surprised to find that there is a connection to the type of work someone would naturally gravitate towards. I was also intrigued that ones complection could also be a factor in those opinions. This really starts to explain why it is hard for me to break out of my usual color combinations while painting rooms in the house.
